With a background at Morgan Stanley and Guardian Life Insurance Company, Brett developed a well-rounded approach to financial planning. Due to the limitations on customization with large institutions, he formed ProNOVA to provide better service and solutions for his clientele.

As a registered fiduciary, Brett holds a Business & Economics degree from Empire State University. Since 2006, he has also served in the New York Air National Guard, gaining valuable global perspectives.
